Tuscany plus Umbria, Rome and Lake Garda. Particularly recommended for families is the seaside resort of Marina di Pietrasanta where the company has an office.
Style
On the coast ‘'70s villas and apartments, inland more rustic, around half with pool, some in converted farms and castles, some suitable for larger parties.

Year-round. Heating available, charged extra.
Facilities
Cot hire at 90% of properties, sometimes free, sometimes around £30 per week. English babysitters are available by arrangement through the Marina di Pietrasanta office mid-July to end August, Italians rest of the year.
Extras
Additional maid service by arrangement plus at the seaside a cook. In Marina di Pietrasanta can arrange bike hire for all ages, including with baby seats, or a family rickshaw. In addition membership of one of the local beach clubs is organised to make it easy to meet other families and these clubs usefully offer their own pools if any of the family prefers this to swimming in the sea. There is also a weekly programme of events mid July to end August. A hamper can be ordered for £70.

In Marina di Pietrasanta a two-bedroom property would be around £875 accommodation only in peak season, flights and car hire extra.
