A small, family company, aiming to offer a more personal touch including extra information and advice on choosing a destination. Most of the 20-plus accommodation options is self-catering, but also offers a handful of hotels. All properties are personally inspected by the director.

Abruzzo, Apulia, Le Marche, Tuscany and Umbria.
Style
Generally older, renovated buildings, mostly rural but some in old centres. Both apartments, generally with a shared pool, and private villas are available. They sleep between two and seven.
Season
Year-round, heating payable extra.
Facilities
Are happy to recommend suitable properties. Cots and high chairs available at most properties free of charge. At some villas there is a small pool for children and a handful have a playroom with games/television/video for children.
Extras
At a handful of properties a welcome food pack is included in the price.
