Around half are modern, some older but generally focusing on comfort rather than antiquity. All properties are tourist board graded, ranging from the occasional two star up to five, and all commended or highly commended.

Payable extra September to May at around 60% of properties and must be requested and arranged when booking.
Facilities
A cot and mattress is available is almost all properties for under twos. This is free. A high chair is available at around 20% of properties, again free.

Pets are accepted at around half the properties at £15 each per week.
Sample Price
For a week over the May Bank holiday in a two bedroomed property, around £400. A cancellation plan payment is compulsory.
