Around 70% of properties provide bed linen, others charge around £3.50 per person for hire. Towels and tea towels are not provided.

Around three quarters of properties include fuel in the price. Others either have a coin meter or take a meter reading at the end of the stay.
Facilities
Cots may be available but no cot linen.
Short Breaks
Available November to Easter ex Christmas, New Year and February half term. Some properties offer short breaks year round at no more than a week's notice.
