Location
Largely around the Yealm river in Devon east of Plymouth, in places like Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo.

Tourist board graded two to four stars, including both apartments in converted properties and traditional cottages. Sleep a maximum of nine.
Linen
Can be hired if not included in the rental, at £9 per double per week, £6 per single. Towels may also be hired.
Heating
There is a fuel allowance included in rentals mid July to end August. At other times it is payable extra.
Facilities
Cots high chairs and folding beds can be hired at £10 per item per week.
Extras
Pets are generally allowed at £10 per animal per week.
Short Breaks
Available October to Easter.
Sample Price
For a two bedroomed property for the May Bank Holiday say £490 for the week. All bookings carry a £10 booking fee.
