Style
All in good condition and most in attractive locations, some a little more stylish than others. 14 are suitable for two families or a large group, either in one house or adjoining properties. There are also four farm properties with animals and/or sports options. Only one property does not accept children under 10.
Linen
Sheets and towels provided at most properties, at around 50% with towels.
Heating
Included in 75% of prices, most properties providing central heating.
Facilities
Cots are available free at around 25% of properties and high chairs at around a half of those. Sometimes a Z bed can be provided.
Extras
Most owners can order essential groceries before arrival. Babysitting can usually be arranged in advance. Catering can be arranged at one of the larger properties.
Short Breaks
Offered from mid-September to end of May.
Sample Price
Say around £300 for the May Bank Holiday week for a two bedroomed property.
