Style
Contemporary design (chucking the chintz) plus high standards of service. Style is sometimes but not always minimalist.
Child Facilities
Most hotels will do children's meals. Family options include The Residence in Mauritius, where they've got a recently opened kid's club - The Planter's Kids Club and organise pony treks, hikes, picnics etc, etc for guests' offspring.
