Style
Aiming to combine European style and individual character with local culture.
Properties include Forte Village in Sardinia known for family holidays. Those in cities tend to be more designed for business travellers. Resorts include the French Caribbean, the Seychelles and Mauritius. The properties are elegant - in 1999 for example five were voted among the top 100 in the world in one survey.
Child Facilities
Most (around 50) resort hotels highlight facilities for children.
Sample Price
€465 for a junior suite on the Algarve at Easter for example though there is a wide range over different locations and dates and different hotels operate their own special offers.
Child Prices
Although the city hotels are largely for business people during the week, the weekend specials are sometimes marketed as suitable for families. These operate at most city properties year round with two nights for the price of one (currently to be paid for by Visa). Children to 16 years can stay free if sharing with parents.
