Where

Provence, St Tropez (a high proportion), Cote d'Azur, Var, Gascony, Dordogne, Gers, Midi Pyrenees, Brittany, French Alps, Paris and Bordeaux.

Style

Fairly elegant, villas on the Mediterranean coast, in Provence country houses and chateaux, elsewhere converted farmhouses, villas and chateaux, the majority suitable for larger groups, all with pool. In Paris, Bordeaux and the Swiss Alps apartments.

Season

Year-round. Heating generally available except in St Tropez, payable extra. A few houses have heated pools.

Facilities

Cot and high chairs can be arranged. Babysitting can be arranged even though it is not part of their service. The company has an office in St Tropez which can arrange facilities like boat hire, chauffeur services, chefs and babysitters. Similarly there is a local office covering Provence.

Extras

All properties offer at least some maid service, obligatory for 12-15 hours per week in St Tropiz, payable locally, around a quarter also include a cook. At most properties, with sufficient notice, it is possible to arrange additional staff, payable locally. The St Tropez office is particularly used to dealing with local requests for anything from boat hire and chauffeur services to chefs and babysitters.

In Provence £4,000-£5,000 per week accommodation only in a property sleeping eight in high season, in St Tropez from £5,000 upwards.
