Southwest France, mainly Dordogne, and across the borders into the Lot, Gironde and Haute Vienne regions.

Style

Attractive and interesting privately-owned properties from a one bedroom cottage to a large chateau which can accommodate up to 22 people. ‘Each house has been chosen by us with great care and we liaise very closely with all our owners to ensure that the houses are managed and maintained to a high standard.' Most are traditional, renovated and rural in style. All have either a private or shared pool, a handful with the option of heating at extra cost. In a handful of properties, electricity, gas etc is payable extra. Most houses have television, video, stereo music system, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, telephone/fax.

Season

Most are available year-round, heating payable extra out of high season.

Facilities

Cots and high chairs are available at most houses. Stairgates are installed where necessary. Babysitting can be arranged and is payable direct.

Extras

Maid service is available at approximately F60 per hour. Some of the larger properties include maid service in the rental price. Cooks are available and payable direct. Fresh linen and towels provided each week. All houses provide a welcome pack of provisions.
