Childcare

Creche runs 9am to 5pm in-house with toys and equipment for toddlers and babies. An alternative creche is available in Morzine taking babies 2 months to 4 years, plus a skiing and non-skiing kindergarten for 4-12 years in both Morzine and Avoriaz. Chilly Powder creche charges are £25 per half day, £40 per full day, £160 for a week.

Exclusive child ski lessons in English

No. Recommends British Alpine Ski School which takes children of 6-plus, or the International Ski School which has English instructors. Alternatively can recommend private instructors with children of their own and who speak English.

Available on request at £6 per hour.

Other

There are family bedrooms with mezzanine for 2, 3, 4 or 5 children with a kitchenette for feeds, a games room. Baby equipment provided includes travel cots, sterilisers, safety gates and high chairs. There are bottle warming and sterilising facilities in the cr?che kitchenette. Children's meals are early evening and all bedrooms have a baby listening facility through the telephone system.

Discounts for children

3 people sharing a room - 15% discount per person
4 or 5 people sharing a room - 25% per person. In addition there is a further 15% discount for children under 16 in a family room or 25% discount for 2 in a separate room. Children under 2 are charged at £50 per week allowing sleeping in a cot.
