Lots of attention to detail - videos, snacks and a children's pack with colouring book, a couple of games etc, on transfers, good food including "healthy options", and quality accommodation close to slopes or in the centre of town. The superchalet programme includes complementary massage. Sales staff will recommend chalets popular with families and will advise on lift pass reductions for children and families. Can supply information on nurseries and children's ski schools in resorts. Children under 2 only accepted within whole chalet bookings.
