Style

Probably among the best self-catering options in the UK, beautifully furnished and kitted out with libraries, music systems, board games and videos. Every cottage has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, food processor and either a combined washing machine and tumble dryer, or separate machines. There are even picnic hampers.
As well as central heating the cottages have open fires and beds can be made up with blankets or duvets - feather or non-allergenic.

For Children

Cots, high chairs and cot linen are all provided free.

Extras

A welcome pack includes homemade preserves by the owner's chef who can also provide a range of home-cooked food from pasta to lamb curry, including a vegetarian range. Alternatively food can be bought in, ordered from a shopping list sent with the booking form. Deliveries of newspapers and milk can be arranged, as can cleaning at £7 per hour.
A range of activities can be arranged but particularly useful for children is a games room, Wendy house and climbing frame and items like an excavator pedal car with trailer.
