On a Cotswolds estate, the cottages have been run country house hotel style since 1974.

Style

There are nine properties sleeping from two to 10 and ranging from houses to medieval barns and byres, plus traditional weaver and keeper cottages, a watermill with a cupola and a gabled banqueting house of 1620. Each cottage is individually furnished in English style, mixing trandition, antique and contemporary. Each is private, standing in its own landscaped garden. Suitability for children varies so it is best to take advice before booking. There are telephones, colour TVs, radio alarms, hair dryers, books to read. All cottages have food mixers, toasters, kettles and irons. There are microwaves, freezers and dishwashers in the larger cottages. A number have a fireplace or wood-burning stove.

For Children

Babysitting can usually be arranged.

Extras

Car service and airport transfer, a welcome tea tray prepared and chocolates. You can also order your flowers and champagne on ice. Advice is available on sightseeing and activities. Laundry can be arranged, as can maid service. The Cyder House restaurant offers catering.

Sample Price

For a week in a two bedroomed cottage over the May Bank Holiday might be £740.
