An 8-acre mini-estate of 14 “sensibly luxurious” cottages (eg with dishwasher), not overly fashionable but not too dated. There are hens, sheep, rabbits and goats to feed, a toddlers' playground, two border collies, a donkey and pony, a games room, indoor pool, tennis court, sports lawn and bikes to hire.

For Children

Extras

Maid service, one hour per day for six days is £37 plus VAT. There are central washing machines and dryers, home-cooked frozen food on an honour system and you can order milk, groceries and newspapers for your arrival.
