Guerba is an adventure travel specialist that has been going more than 25 years. Their family adventures usually last two weeks and are group tours.
What and Where
There is a range of options including Himalayan trekking. Destinations include Thailand, Vietnam and Borneo and Latin America. A Himalayan Family Adventure, for example, combines a leisurely trek with a gentle jungle safari in the Chitwan National Park and a visit to the Everest Panorama Resort with views of eight of the world's 10 highest mountains, including Everest. Minimum Age
8-plus. Over 14s are allowed on many trips in the main programme.
Sample Price
A Himalayan family trek of fourteen days including three days camping, two days' jungle safari and two nights at the Everest Panorama Resort would be £974 per adult and child, land only. Return flights from the UK can be arranged on request with the company.
