Intrepid is ‘dedicated to the preservation of Asia's unique environment and diverse cultures' with grass roots responsible travel practices. Intrepid has created the Intrepid Foundation Account which is a community aid programme distributing funds to a number of worthwhile local projects.
What and Where
On all family trips parents and children play an active role in the adventure. Groups are no more than 12 with a maximum of two children per adult. An experienced leader accompanies each trip. Accommodation is simple but clean. Options include Italy (with Rome, Cinque Terre, the Leaning Tower of Pisa and more), Egypt, Thailand, India, China, Nepal, Peru, and Costa Rica. The fifteen-day India trip covers Delhi, Taj Mahal, Ranthambhore National Park, Bundi, Pushkar, camel safari, and Jaipur for example.
Minimum Age
6 years.

The India trip costs £510 for both adults and children plus US$200 payable locally, price excluding flights.
