Also the Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort in Fiji where Bula Camp cares for children from 3 months to 9 years with a professional US nanny (but points out all Fijian resorts are excellent because they love children and will always find someone to look after children though the Cousteau Resort has the advantage of trying to help children appreciate the environment around them as well with activities including beach combing, flower planting, fish painting, Fijian arts and crafts and more. In addition the camp facilities include a children's swimming pool, and jungle gym). In the Caribbean suggests the Plaza Resort on Bonaire with apartment style villas and a programme called Aquakids for children 5 to 15 years who can swim, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm with 24 hours' notice. The programme teaches snorkelling skills and games, along with for example fish identification, plus introduction to SASY (see Diving for Children). then snuba-ing before moving on to diving proper.
