The brochures includes recommendations for diving families at the following where there are hotels offering supervised childcare: Bandos Island in the Maldives, Berjaya le Morne in Mauritius, six on the Red Sea, including in particular the four-star Sonesta Beach Hotel or three-star Sonesta Club in Sharm el Sheikh which also runs family weeks with a trained childcare team; Club Colonna in Antigua, Rex St Lucian in St Lucia, Spanish Bay Reef in the Cayman Islands, Rex Grenadian in Grenada and Rex Turle Beach on Tobago.
In terms of learning suggests either the Red Sea and Sharm or the Maldives where the diving is very calm and safe, being in lagoons.
