Style
Self-led, group or customised cycle tours for all ages and abilities, following cycleways, minor roads, and disused railway tracks. Cycle and equipment hire, tour information including maps and detailed route description, personal welcome and, emergency support., Lluggage transfer and rail/airport taxi collection services are provided. Visitor parking can be provided.
Accommodation
Quality b&bs and guesthouses, hotels on request. Not all offering evening meals.
Age
Children welcome on less strenuous tours. Suggested minimum age of 11, but this depends on child's cycling experience.
Bikes
Provide 21/24 gear hybrid cycles, mountain and trekking bikes with and hire equipment consisting of panniers, toolkit, lock, helmet, and, map holder. Children are supplied with cycle to suit age and height. Trailgator attachments available for younger children.
Where
The tours cover all of Scotland and the islands, as well as Ireland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, France, Spain, Holland and Hungary.
Dates
Scottish tours operate May to August, European tours April to November
Price
Week long self ?guided Scottish tour during high season is £475 per adult including luggage transfer and breakfast. Children under 12 years of age 20% reduction when sharing a room with two adults.
