Practicalities Health Other Possible Problems Constipation
Although everyone talks of travellers' diarrhoea it is also important to avoid constipation and dehydration.
Measures to Avoid/Alleviate- Make sure everyone gets enough fresh fruit and vegetables.
- Make sure everyone drinks enough liquid.
- If you can get it, natural live yoghurt can be helpful.
- If you fear dehydration watch out for headaches and dizziness and ensure urine is pale and not cloudy. If not dehydration is likely.
- In the case of dehyrdration think of giving water with a rehydration solution [Diarrhoea]
