These can run riot in warm, moist environments so you should take extra care when drying after swims for example. Complementary practitioners may recommend Tea Tree Oil considered anti-fungal as well as anti-bacterial. Alternatively pack a medical anti-fungal powder.

Note that in a humid environment a rash say underarm or in the groin may well be fungal rather than the more obvious prickly heat.
