Owned by the Friends Fellowship of Healing, run in accordance with the principles of the Society of Friends (Quakers) welcoming all, (including families with children) irrespective of beliefs, offering a place for spiritual, mental or physical rest, the house set within a large walled garden, with a further 15 acres of fields. Accommodation includes two self-catering flats. Families generally spend time exploring the Lake District and local attractions such a local alpaca farm, as well as the lakes and museums.

Sample Price

For full board £43 per person per night, less for those staying longer, and for children, depending on age. Those under 6 stay free, 50% discount 6-9 years, under 13 75% of adult rate.
