On the edge of Dartmoor, owned and run by a residential community with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna plus 27 acres of grounds. Used regularly for courses in yoga, shamanism, dance, and massage. Food is vegetarian and prices include in and outdoor activities. There are occasional weeks specifically for families with a programme of joint activities walks on Dartmoor, and meditation facilities and participants encouraged to offer and share in artistic, musical and dance activities. A junior group is created if parents are willing to take responsibility in turns, allowing others child-free time, possibly with an 'adventure element' for the older children (and some adults) to enjoy outdoor activities on Dartmoor.
