Style

Modern, built in approximations of traditional Analucian and Moorish styles in a ‘village'. Apartments sleep four or six, each with private terrace or balcony facing the sea and shared use of swimming pools. Interiors make use of traditional local materials including wood, terracotta and glazed tiles. All houses have satellite television, stereo music system, washing machine, dishwasher. Most also have air conditioning/central heating.Visitors are asked to leave the property clean and tidy on departure.

Year round. The cost of electricity is included in the price.

Extras

Extras Maid service and fresh towels are provided every three days and fresh linen at weekends. In La Heredia there is a caf? and restaurant open daily 9am to 11pm. Vouchers for breakfast at the caf? are included in the price. A free round of golf is offered to all guests. Those staying seven or more nights receive a complimentary welcome hamper of wine, cheese, fruit and beer. ‘Should you have any special requirements, La Perla staff will be happy to make the necessary arrangements wherever possible.'
