Largely new but low-rise and often traditional style buildings, a number of them rated five-star, around 80% with pools. Around 10 will sleep 12 to 14.

April to end October. Unusually can arrange short breaks in villas.

Can hire cots at around £25 per week and high chairs for around £20.

Extras

Aims to cater to any reasonable request so can lay on a yacht for a day, extra maid service at some properties, a special meal catered for, and the like.

At Pinos Altos on Mallorca a one-bedroom apartment is £585 per week for the property high season (£495 if flights are also booked through Open Holidays). A villa with pool in high season with three bedrooms and two bathrooms at Cala San Vicente would be £1,295. For short breaks and extra nights to make up odd durations, divide the weekly rate by 5 and multiply by the number of nights required.Flights and car hire are extra.
