Privately-owned properties. The 22 southern villas have private pools and the 23 in the Dordogne have either a private or shared pool. Properties in Brittany are categorised as cottages - local traditional style. Linen and towels may be included at around half the properties and around a quarter make a compulsory final cleaning charge. March to November, some available year-round. Most offer heating, particularly in the more northern locations. Payable extra.
