‘Private villas and country houses with pools'. The brochure offers an unofficial star rating of 3 stars for basic up to five for the most luxurious. Styles depend on the destination with most in Italy for example rural conversions, while those on Fuerteventura are more modern villas, though more comfortable than usual.
Season
Some but not all properties are available year-round. There is a local charge for use of heating or air conditioning.
Facilities
Cots and high chairs are bookable but will probably be to local standards.

A basic welcome pack can provided for an extra charge.
Sample Price
A three-star property with sea views and two bedrooms and private pool would be £1,299 per week in high season, accommodation only. Flights and car hire are bookable extra.
