Style

Attractive, some in local style, and in some areas particularly elegant. Notably more space out of doors than more standard offerings. All have a pool. All have a washing machine and dishwasher. Some have a tennis court. All have maid service, hours varying according to destination and house size.

Season

Year-round though brochures only cover summer period. Would only offer properties with heating in winter, payable locally. Some pools can be heated on request for a supplement.

Facilities

Cots (£18-23 (£35 in Morocco) per week) and high chairs (£8-18 - not available in Morocco) can be reserved on booking. Cots not permitted for children over two years and plastic sheets must be brought. Babysitting can be arranged locally at a majority of properties at about £5 per hour.

Extras

Cooks are available at around 20% of properties but hours and standards vary. (Meals on wheels are offered in Andalucia, Mallorca and Portugal.) Complimentary food hampers are supplied at most villas, size depending on the size of the villa. Extra maid service can usually be arranged at around £5 per hour.

Sample Price

£1,450 accommodation only for a week in high season in Mallorca in a property with two bedrooms sleeping four (in a country villa). Flights and car hire can be arranged.
