Offers a nine-day family winter adventure north of the Arctic Circle, departing London 9 February 2002.

The trip is based at a hotel on the shore of a lake in Hetta with activities including snowmobiling on the Jotos Fell day trek (with full instruction), a reindeer driver's licence training at a reindeer farm, and a dog sledding excursion. There is also a guided kick sledge ride on the frozen Lake Ounasjarvi towards fishing through a metre of ice for perch, grayling or arctic char.

After each day's activities there is the option of a sauna and swim before dinner. An optional guided snow mobile safari over frozen lakes is also available.

Prices

£940 per person with two adults sharing, and children up to 12 sharing a room with adults £740 each. Prices include flights, half board accommodation and most lunches, transfers, all activities and excursions, plus the services of a tour leader plus local guides.
