The climate is not unlike London's though usually warmer in summer at up to 300ºc, when traffic fumes can make it unpleasant. Mid July and August are quieter with numerous businesses and restaurants closed. Winter can drop below freezing with marked wind chill. Spring and autumn can be good but beware trade fairs in September and October and book well ahead.
