How Organised

Stays are with families with a child of the same age in return for them coming to stay an equivalent amount of time in the English family. If the children are young exchanges are only allowed with families which will have one parent present in the house throughout the stay. This means they can be difficult for families with two working parents who don't want to sacrifice holidays. Homestays without a return trip are also available to France.

How Long

Two weeks in each country.

The matching service is £130. Travel from London by Eurostar is £223, from north of London £250. Homestay only would be around £499 including transport for two weeks.
You need to send three photographs plus a deposit of £60 with your application and early application is urged for the best choice of exchange.
