How Organised

Although there is no return visit, the child is matched with a family with someone of the same age. The visitor can either just hang out with the family or receive language tuition from the hostess who will be a qualified teacher. For older children, 16+, there is the option at Tours of a language school offering three hours of tuition in small classes or for first year A level students there are at any one time four places for girds on a tailormade course.

Cost

Price for a stay without tuition would be £269 for two weeks plus £30 enrolment fee which is valid for three years. A week's one to one tuition in Paris would be around £300 for a week. The two-week language course in Tours would be around £490. Transport is extra.
