Activities
In the Brecon Beacons multi-activity breaks of 1-7 days including climbing, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, abseiling, gorge walking, coasteering, caving, surfing, team building challenge cays, survival instruction, orienteering, hill walking and high ropes courses. All these are built into day or week programmes depending on the numbers and requirements. or tailormade programmes for parties of six or more. In Scotland the activities are tailored to those present and are combined with visits to Handa Island (a bird sanctuary) with BBQ's on the beaches, fishing in the loch and walking in the highlands.

Accommodation
In the Brecon Beacons B&B, YHA or local hotel. In Scotland in a secluded lodge beside a sea loch in an area of outstanding beauty. The lodge sleeps 12 but camping is possible.
