Specialises in one week, small group, all inclusive adventure sports holidays and since 1995 has been offering family weeks for those with teenage children. As soon as one family books then the week is allocated for families only. The booking team matches families with children of similar age. The main aim is to enable participants to try something new and push themselves as far as they dare, but in safety. . ‘No previous experience or biceps are required.' Each family member can choose to do as little or as much as they like.

Main holidays are May to September.
Activities
Different daily and including trekking, sub aqua diving, white water rafting, mountain biking, para-gliding, rock climbing, horse riding and sailing, though there are also less usual options like hot dogging, kite surfing, hydrospeeding and wakeboarding.
Ages
From 12 years though some sports are for 14+ only.
Accommodation
In family-run hotels or chalets including board.
Prices
A five-sport option is ?535 in Mallorca in August (no sports £370). Flights extra.
