Founded in 1992 offering walking at your own pace with accommodation in b&bs in a town or village with a range of pubs and restaurants.

Where

Cotswolds including a seven-day circular tour from Cheltenham via Broadway, Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh, and Bourton on the Water; the South Cotswold Trail, Bath and Wiltshire in three or four days, plus the Cotswold Valleys, easy terrain

Style

Generally independent. Luggage is transported each day and route instructions and maps are provided. Extra nights are available for example in Moreton in Marsh to visit Oxford or Cheltenham, Painswick or Cirencester to visit Bath.

Minimum Age

Have had success with children of 9+ but would not take under that age. The brochure says the area can be walked by people of almost any age and any level of fitness.

Accommodation

B&B's, with en suite bathrooms where available.

Length of Trips

Duration is the client's choice but varies normally between three and eight days with distances of at least five to seven miles, double if capable.

Sample Price

The Cotswold Valleys trip of five days would cost around £310 staying in accommodation with en suite bathroom, based on two sharing a room. ?375 for the Cotswold ring.
