Scottish North West Highlands and Islands. Recommends Highlands and Hebrides lasting seven nights touring several areas of the Highlands with two nights on Skye, three nights on the Isle of Harris and two in Ullapool.
Style
Maximum group size eight people. Includes walking holidays based on a barge cruising the Caledonian Canal walks being of 10 to14 miles a day, with shorter and longer options available. There is also a chance to try mountain biking, canoeing, windsurfing and sailing or to stay on board the barge and watch the scenery go by.
Minimum Age
10 to 12 if accompanied by parents.

Family run hotels, guesthouses and b&b's.
Length of Trips
The Company operates with three walking levels: moderate, intermediate and strenuous. A moderate grade trip is most suitable for children and would involve walking for five or six hours a day, mostly low level with some small hills, 10 miles maximum.
