Style

Group trips with an average of 18-26 participants on each trip. Offers special trips exclusively for families with kid-sized routes, activities and family friendly pricing. Trips are specially developed for children's abilities and attention spans. Each day one of three trip leaders is dedicated ‘Kid Coordinator' with responsibility for the children's activities, keeping them entertained. Twice weekly are scheduled during evenings, allowing parents a night-off.

Accommodation

Ranging from beachfront cottages to B&Bs, the choice is between casual and premier inns and luxury hotels. Some accommodation options offer extra childcare services in the evenings.

Age Accepted

Have age recommendations rather than restrictions on most trips. Minimum age for inn trips is 1, and 2 for camping trips. Those riding on their own must be safe, competent riders, able to handle light traffic, handle gears and hand breaks.

Bikes

27 gear titanium mountain bikes, comfort and multisport bikes. 20” and 24” children's bikes, Burley Piccolo trailer bikes for 4-10s, Burley D' Lite carriers for children 60 pounds and below, and child seats. Helmets, water bottle, lock, pump and repair kit provided (though trip leaders repair any punctures).

Six days in Tuscany with bike hire in premier inns US$4298 per person, US$3198 in casual inns. All meals included except three lunches and one dinner.
