“We took a short break to Le Touquet with Allez France (01903 748 150) at the end of August and it was great. We stayed at the Park Plaza Grand which has its own pool, £35 a night including Shuttle and children were free to 14 years. There is an indoor and outdoor water park, show jumping, the Bagatelle theme park just 10 minutes' drive away, Nausicaa in Boulogne, ponies to rent, bikes to rent, a big funfair, crazy golf on the beach, a playground and the resort is very un-French, very child friendly - it's really the ultimate child destination - we were very, very impressed. It was the best short break we have done.”
