Holidays by Destination Europe Denmark Copenhagen Getting There 

Go! (the BA subsidiary) has just started operating to Copenhagen. Maersk flies from London and Birmingham (little Lego or Duplo packs for children); British Midland from Glasgow, Edinburgh and London; and Scandinavian Airlines from London, Manchester, Aberdeen, Newcastle and Dublin. Prices are from £100.

Newly expanded Copenhagen airport offers baby changing facilities, eg below the shopping mall with a handful of spare nappies; free buggies through passport control: and a play area and ball pool in departure area C.

Scandinavian Seaways operates to Denmark from Harwich and from Newcastle to Hamburg from where you could drive to Denmark. Activities for children to 11 include Oscar's Pirates Club, a free children's pack for 4-15s with games and quizzes etc, there is a child play area and discounts on some meals for under 16s.
