StyleCottages, mostly in rural locations, around half dating from the 20th century, the remainder older, ranging from a 16th century castle gatehouse. Star gradings indicate that most properties are between three and five stars in quality. LinenIncluded in the price at around 80% of the properties and available at a weekly charge of £5 for a double, £3.50 for a single at a further 10% of the places in the brochure. Towels or tea towels are not normally provided but arrangements can be made especially for overseas visitors. HeatingElectricity is included in the price at over 60% of the properties and many places also include central heating, etc within the price. FacilitiesTwo thirds of the properties have cots (or are available by arrangement) and at many of these a high chair can also be provided. There are no charges for cot or high chairs. ExtrasNearly half of the properties allow a pet (at no extra charge) although there are restrictions on larger dogs. Short BreaksAvailable at a range of properties mid September to mid May (ex Christmas/New Year, October Half Term and Easter). Short breaks are also available at other times when booked less than four weeks before the holiday.
