Mainly four-star, some three-star, the majority with AA rosettes for quality of food and with indoor leisure centres with pools.

Child Facilities

Activities for children are organised at selected hotels during school holidays and baby equipment is available including cots, high chairs, baby care packs, children's fun packs are provided free. It is possible for children to eat early by prior arrangement in the restaurant or in the Terrace if applicable, or in their own room. Children have their own menus or can choose from the table d'hote menu. Baby sitting is available if booked at least 14 days before arrival, subject to the parent confirming the good health of the child and remaining on the hotel premises during the operation of the service. Many hotels have adjoining rooms, family rooms and rooms which can accommodate an extra cot or bed.
Organised activities are available during school holidays at The Hythe Imperial (recipient of the last Egon Ronay family hotel of the year award), Stratford Manor, Hampshire Centrecourt, The Oxford Belfry, Eastwell Manor and Hellidon Lakes. Guests at the hotels are offered savings on local attractions such as free entry for children when accompanied by an adult.

Child Prices

Children under 16 sharing their parents' accommodation are charged only for meals taken. Those under 16 sharing with one adult or in separate rooms are charged 50% of the adult rate.
