In 400 acres in Surrey with 12 tennis courts, three golf courses, gym (possibly the largest hotel gym in the UK says the brochure), exercise studios with 50 free classes a week, three swimming pools (one indoor, two out), beauty salon, driving range, squash courts, and tuition in both tennis (free tennis clinics) and golf. Accommodation is in 38 courtyard bedrooms and suites, some with own private garden, others with access to gardens, some on two floors.

For Children

A play area in the walled Victorian garden, films and children's menus and high chairs in the Manor House and Summerhouse Brasserie. Cub Club operates 9am to 1pm Saturday mornings and during school holidays for hotel residents and club members aged 4 to 11 years. Activities include swimming, football, tennis, golf, hockey, volleyball and climbing on the club's 13 station ‘Adventure Playground'. The club is free. For under fives there is a Foxden cr?che runs seven days a week 9am to 2pm with activities ranging from painting or modelling to sand play. This includes an outdoor area. Cost is £3.50 per hour. The club and the cr?che should be booked in advance.
There are free children's tennis clinics for 7-pluses April to November inclusive. Private coaching in the Wee Wonders programme costs £10 for half an hour. The club also hosts the PGA Wee Wonders Open to encourage young golfers.
For those with more than one child inter-connecting twin rooms, a two bedroom house and two-storey galleried rooms are available.

High season dinner b&b at the weekend per adult is £95 per person per night. Under fives can share a room with parents free, one child 5-12 years can share with parents for £20, food in both cases charged extra. Adult prices include use of pools, gym, sauna and steam rooms, and preferential rates on the two championship courses and free use of the nine-hole Manor course.
