For Children

There are dedicated family rooms with two queen-size beds with additional space for rollaway or cot. Children's menus are available in the restaurants. Parents can dine off the fine dining menu in the lounge, or can take children into the non-smoking main restaurant (a recent change of policy). Cots and high chairs are available and the hotel will store and warm babyfood and bottles if wished. The hotel also has contacts with registered childminders who can be booked to care for children. The registered PGA professional is available for lessons for all ages and he takes all the junior lessons at Carnoustie. There are also clubs suitable for juniors to hire. The leisure manager runs swimming lessons suitable for children. The hotel recommends suitable outings such as the sweet factory in Dundee or the Discovery Centre about Scot's Antartic expedition vessel. Ther are also neighbouring adventure playgrounds and parks.
