Has published a leaflet Timeshare, Making the Right Choice, plus a Timeshare Guide highlighting the pitfalls of buying timeshares and outlining current legislation in the UK and in other EU Member States. It also publishes information on Holiday Clubs which it advises against because membership is not linked to any rights in any particular property, so consumers are not protected by legislation and that there are around 70 official complaints a week about holiday clubs. It also warns that some timeshare schemes include holiday or vacation clubs where membership is not linked to rights in any particular property.
