A company founded in the late ‘80s by someone who has herself lived on the Cote d'Azur. She offers individual advice on properties including safety advice. Usefully and unlike many less client-friendly options, any extra charges payable are paid to Quality Villas, not the owner. ‘Because we know all our properties, we urge clients to speak with us so we can discuss the property, grounds and environment to make sure clients get the accommodation they want.' All properties are personally inspected and there are local representatives to contact clients on arrival and help if needed. WhereCote d'Azur, St Tropez, Provence and southwest, including Dordogne, plus a smaller selection in Brittany. StyleVillas, bastides and luxury waterside residences, plus farmhouses, cottages and chateaux, ‘of the highest standards, in good locations'. Some are showy (a chateau), others more restrained and rustic and sizes vary from two bedroom cottages to a chateaux sleeping 34. Linen and water and gas prices are almost always included, as is weekly maid service. Only two of the 160 properties do not have a pool, but those are on a beach. Most offer riding, tennis etc near. SeasonYear round at around half the properties. Heating is charged extra. FacilitiesCot and high chair are around £25 for both per week. Babysitting is available at most properties. ExtrasMaid service can be arranged at most locations plus a cook, chauffeur and airport collection or car hire.
