Runs more than 100 properties, focusing on four-star hotels, generally older, more characterful ones. The hotels have added Vital health fitness and beauty clubs at 11 hotels.
Indoor and outdoor activities for all ages is available at Loch Rannoch and Forest Hills including curling.

Child Facilities

A dedicated Family Fun programme at around 30 hotels includes free bed and breakfast for children sharing a family room, family entrance to a chosen attraction (like Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures, Legoland, Alton Towers, Blue Planet Aquarium, or Blackpool Pleasure Beach), cots and high chairs, family or interconnecting rooms at no extra cost, plus baby sitting available with prior notice for an extra fee.
Some of the hotels in the programme also run their own children's clubs like the Ugie Bear Club at the Waterside Inn in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. Ugie Bear collects children from their room and has breakfast with them, leaving parents to have a lie-in and breakfast in bed.
