Yoga holidays and retreats, founded by a couple with a new baby, in a medieval village a little north of Rome, with yoga classes, or one to one tuition. These cover the physical aspects of hatha yoga, with an emphasis on the spiritual and holistic aspects of the tradition. Holistic treatments are also available, plus access to saunas, spas, hot springs and thermal baths plus activities like walking, trekking, horse riding and cycling and sightseeing. Also planned are yoga holidays in a villa near a medieval hilltop village on the Tuscan coast. In both cases evening meals are taken in local restaurants.

For Families

The yoga is suitable for children of 8-plus. Babysitting can be arranged for children not participating in the classes.

In high season £350 to £390 per person including accommodation, breakfast, a yoga class daily (Friday to Tuesday), guided mountain walk a trek in the Sabina mountains, plus all week use of bicycles.
