A midsummer festival at a site at Sidcot Village, 8 miles from Weston super Mare in Somerset, for individuals and families over one week. Site facilities include a heated indoor pool, gym, riding stables, tennis courts and playing fields. There are more than 200 workshops and lectures running 7am to midnight, in therapies, dance, exercise and movement, arts, rafts and subjects like ‘natural cookery, with separate activity programmes and menus for children and teens. These are divided in 2-3 years, 4-7 years, 8-12 and 12-plus. In the evenings there are campfires and a caf?, disco and live music. Food is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and macrobiotics with occasional fish, butter and eggs.
Accommodation is available in or outdoors with five boarding houses offering single, double, shared and family rooms. Extra children can generally be accommodated. Dormitories sleeping 6-8 are also available for those bringing their own sleeping mats and bedding. Alternatively there are camp sites in the grounds with tent or tipi hire available.
