Two sister companies offering attractive and elegant chalets and chalet apartments, owned by the company itself, with features like hot tubs, designer interiors, good food, and even the option of massage and reflexology for guests. The properties, several built using local stone, slate, marble and aged timber, are in Val D'Isere, Meribel, La Tania and Morzine range from sleeping five or six up to 14. The VIP chalets (only in Meribel and Val D'Isere) include antique furniture, outdoor Jacuzzi, wide flat screen TVs and cinema surround sound. There is also a particularly high level of personal service including a driver service with 4X4 vehicles and drivers on shuttle call service. Snowline offers more chalets and similar services, but more affordable accommodation.
Can recommend suitable chalets for families but do not accept them in part chalet bookings without the consent of others in the chalet (but are happy to phone other guests to requet this).

Location of Care

With VIP in the chalet in Val d'Isere and Meribel, or in the creche in Val D'Isere in the Le Cret area. And with Snowline in the chalet in Val D'Isere, Meribel and La Tania, or in the creche in Val D'Isere (which is right under two accommodation options and next door to another).

Yes, all NNEB or equivalent, plus with first aid certificate and in-house training.

Staff to Child Ratio

For private nannies under 2s !:2; 3-plus 1:3; 4-plus 1:4. In the cr?che there are 6 places and 2 nannies.

Ages to Qualify

In the creche 6 months to 4 years. With private nannies from six months and no upper age limit.

Childcare

The Marmot's Den Kids Club operates 8.30am to 5Pm Monday to Saturday. Children are collected from the chalets around 8.15am and returned after 5pm, or can be collected any time earlier. The Den is in a ground floor apartment specially adapted with in and outdoor play space, a quiet room for naps, separate changing facilities, and a gated kitchen area. The programme includes creative play, singing and story times, supervised outdoor fun in good weather, and individual play. Food includes baby meals from Hipp organic.
The Den costs £275 per week for under 2s, £250 per week for 2-4 years, the price including mid-morning snacks, drinks and lunch.
There is also the option of a private nanny 8.30am to 5pm five days and 8.30 to 1.30pm Wednesdays, though it may be possible to arrange extended hours for a supplement payable locally. The nanny comes to the chalet on the first morning to meet the family and can take deliver and collect any children attending ski school as well as care for them in situ with a box of games, books and art materials.
Nannies cost £425 for up to two children, £475 for three or four, the price including mid-morning snacks, drinks and lunch.

Exclusive Ski Lessons in English

No but give details of the different styles of the different local schools, including English language ones.

Babysitting

Available on the chalet host's night off, and on other evenings by arrangement. Costs €10 per hour for up to four children.

Other

High tea is served for all under 12s at 6pm unless you have booked the whole chalet in which case children cane at with you.
Cot and high chair are provided automatically for under 2s. On request can provide sterilisers, changing mats, potties, stairgates, and bedguards.
Baby seats are not available on coach transfers. They are in private taxi transfers, though an adult taxi supplement applies.

Adult Guide Price

With VIP a property sleeping six to eight in Val d'Isere over the February half-term would be £1,399 per person. With Snowline in one sleeping five to six the cost would be £1,179.

£100 discount for 2-4 years, £50 for 5-12 years. Under 2s £100.
